Pressed MUTE and POWER (hold for 3 sec) button to go into program and found the codes for my particular tv and now it works fine. No, more sensitivity ~~~~My original review left to read ~~~~ I am giving it 2 stars for the ease put batteries in and go... I have a Samsung tv, and no extra steps were needed to connect... However I will not give it more stars because it is VERY sensitive... Example: I press the arrow once over to pick an app it instead will jump two apps over. Or trying to use it type in an app it will double a letter when all you want is one letter.
