A: I ordered a 18 oz. bottle that was suppose to have straws and appropriate lid that holds straws.  You sent me wrong bottle and I sent it back.  They sent me another one and it was wrong again.  Why can't you just mail me the right lid with straws.  Susie Joyce

Amazing! I had put boiling hot water in this water bottle and left it for about 10 hours, the water was just as hot as when I first put it in! Same with cold drinks. It keeps drinks freezing cold especially if you add ice! When putting hot water in it, since the bottle is double insulated, the outside of the bottle doesn’t feel hot which i love! The lid/cap is also amazing and very convenient! I got the 32oz, which means the bottle doesn’t fit in a car cup holder. But that doesn’t matter too much to me. Overall I really love this water bottle!
