It does work however. I took it for a little over a month. I then discontinued its use just to see if there was a difference; and there was. It’s subtle and it does help to melt fat. Don’t expect it to melt fat quickly like some kind of miracle however. I took it in conjunction with maintaining a healthy diet, along with some light exercise. I was dieting and exercising before taking it. I found that while I was taking the GCB extract I lost more fat/inches/weight more easily (again, in conjunction with my diet and exercise) than when I wasn’t taking it. I don’t honestly know if it will burn fat alone without diet or exercise because I didn’t try it that way. I found my appetite was managed better as well. I’m no longer a skeptic about its benefits. I have no side effects while taking it. I’ve reached my goal weight and will continue to take this supplement. It may be the weight loss and the healthy eating, but I feel that I’m more mentally sharp, and my once great memory has returned. I feel energized as well – not jittery as with caffeine. When I discontinued it I didn’t feel as energized.
