Review: FAN SUDDENDLY STOPPED WORKING AFTER MORE THAN 12,000 HOURS OF USE - I guess nothing lasts forever. the little fan just died today and i'm going to have to buy another one... from the same seller. why? well i have used this every single day, twice and almost three times a day for nearly two years. I have done the correct maintenance and cleaning, being extremely careful not to wet the fan. I did replace the USB cable because the humidity did some rusting and the power was failing. Once cleaned and replaced, it worked perfectly as new. I recommend covering the C cable connection to the diffuser with some material ( cardboard, plastic, fabric) to minimize the rusting . The fan also needs to be cleaned from time to time from the lint and dust. I used a compressed gas electronic duster. After two years of using it 24/7, maybe the fan was getting a little louder but i got used to the noise. The difusser is in my bedroom and sometimes i wake up when it shuts off and the noise stops. This time i am getting the white one because the black gets too many white water marks (when water dries) and it needs a constant cleaning. Even when i have a water conditioning filter for the entire house, i still get the water marks. Hopefully the new one will also lasts as long as the first one. I recommend this product 100% and i am buying it again

This is REALLY cool, very easy to use and looks awesome but, after a week of using at 1-2hr intervals we started to smell burning plastic. We removed the lid the following morning and found the lid was melted to the unit. Not sure if this is a defective unit or if this happens regularly but unfortunately we will be returning. Its a shame because seriously this thing is cool!

**Q: Does it charge or do I have to leave it plugged in?**
A: Plugged in unfortunately. But worth it. It's beautiful and quiet.

**Q: Is there a way I can make more smoke appear?**
A: If you let it sit the first time you start it then it will produce more vapor over time. After about a couple hours that should be the max output of vapor.

**Q: How do you make it stay on longer**
A: Mine stays on for hours, just make sure you have enough water in the chamber,  maybe add more water when it stops.

**Q: Does it use regular water or distilled?**
A: Lord just pour in water to the line, place the cover back on, and push the button

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FAN SUDDENDLY STOPPED WORKING AFTER MORE THAN 12,000 HOURS OF USE

I guess nothing lasts forever. the little fan just died today and i'm going to have to buy another one... from the same seller. why? well i have used this every single day, twice and almost three times a day for nearly two years. I have done the correct maintenance and cleaning, being extremely careful not to wet the fan. I did replace the USB cable because the humidity did some rusting and the power was failing. Once cleaned and replaced, it worked perfectly as new. I recommend covering the C cable connection to the diffuser with some material ( cardboard, plastic, fabric) to minimize the rusting . The fan also needs to be cleaned from time to time from the lint and dust. I used a compressed gas electronic duster. After two years of using it 24/7, maybe the fan was getting a little louder but i got used to the noise. The difusser is in my bedroom and sometimes i wake up when it shuts off and the noise stops. This time i am getting the white one because the black gets too many white water marks (when water dries) and it needs a constant cleaning. I love the diffuser , it is so pretty to look at but the light went out where it looks like a real fireplace just 2 weeks after the purchase. It was not a cheap diffuser so I wrote to the company to see if they will replace it. They are sending me a replacement! Great customer service from this company ! I recommend this product .
