I find when I turn on my side, my mask slips and leaks a bit.** A: I use Full Face Mask. This pillow is excellent as I can lie on my side (or even front) with the mask in the cleft with my head fully supported on the pillow. Mask leakage is almost 0! My AHI has come down to 1.0 - very happy with this purchase. When pillow arrives it is tightly wrapped. There are instructions to open it up. I left mine for 8 hours before using. **Q: Is this pillow firm** A: It is soft but firm. You will feel comfortable! If you have other problems, please feel free to contact us! **Q: Can u buy a spare cover for this pillow for when washing?** A: I use my own pillow cases on the pillow **Q: Can you put this on top of another normal pillow** A: Don't see why not. It is designed just to lay flat on the mattress and I find it works that way. I have tried with a full face mask and a nasal mask. It makes it possible to side sleep with a full face but I mainly use a nasal mask for freedom of use. Great product made a huge difference to my sleep. I must admit I now throw my other pillows on the floor when I’m ready to sleep, and use only the CPAP pillow on top of a pregnancy pillow (this is for other issues aside from apnea). The pillow is a nice dense memory foam with a washable cover and feels quite substantial, although I do wish it was a little thicker and a bit wider. However, it works fairly well with my full face F30i mask, perhaps the indents could be a little deeper but it works 100% better than a regular pillow. If you sleep on your back, the lip at the bottom of the pillow supports your neck nicely. It’s doesn’t seem to get too hot at night or cause any more sweating than a regular pillow would. The cover has bobbled a bit since having it, which makes it feel a bit rough, but it’s still comfortable enough 6months on. It hasn’t flattened at all and has retained its shape, it’s a godsend for new CPAP users trying to get used to using a mask, including myself. Yes I still get leaks through positioning but they usually aren’t major, and this pillow has really helped me get used to using the machine, and I was really struggling with it for months, but now I can go all night without issues. Definitely worth the money, thumbs up from me!
