I did light workout alternate days at home while having this and really have gained 3 KGs after 3 weeks, from 54 to 57. I don't know own if that's coz of my workout and increased diet(gainer has helped me in increasing the calorie intake), but the result is good. Update: after 1 month I am again back to my normal weight, partially because of my diet loss as well. Maybe if I continue the first I can maintain the weight.
