Also when opened up all the way against the cab you have to put the rubber bumpers in the middle because the 2020 F150 cab rear is curved. Placing them at the towards the outer edges as shown in the manual will not work. Gave a 4 for water resistance - looks like it seals well but it has not rained here since I installed it. However, what are the drain tubes for? And some seals for where they go through the holes drilled in the bed plugs would be a good idea. Seems like water would get in when driving in rain. I may use some black silicone. (Tip - remove the plugs and drill them in a vice or clamped to a bench - and a hole saw works very well instead of one of those expensive cone bits they show. Don't try regular, Forstner, or flat blade bits!!) Delivery was quick. Packaging was great. Install took about an hour without rushing. Looks good and performs well. Should be very durable.
