Unless u want to keep way too heavy stuff on top, it holds up just fine. Plus, i keep my induction and utensils in the bottom shelves and it works wonderfully!! Don't think twice. Instead of those cheap products, buy this one. I guarantee u it will do its job beyond wt u invest. Lol this is a heartfelt review :)))

The rack was easy to assemble and was spacious, but the material used for the shelves was too soft and delicate to store heavy items. I also believe the price was a little bit high when compared to it's quality as I was expecting the sleves to be made of PVC boards instead of rexin and the cupboard doors to be of a stronger plastic.

It can not take weight of more than 2 books. The pic shows, it holding dozens & dozens of books. I am very much disappointed, with the quality. It is plastic and not a very thick / strong plastic also. If you are looking for a proper book shelf, don't go for this, it's a waste of money, just a pile of plastic panels, assembled to look like a book shelf.
