It is good for examining skin lesions and the colours it produces are also very good. Negative points are no graduated scale and the pictures with my Samsung s10 are always a bit out if focus. Unsure if other phones my produce a better picture. It is better then some dermatascopes costing over £1,0000, but some of these I have used are clearly much better and produce hugely better pictures. But this is great value and compact. Review: I ordered this as a replacement for the scope provided by the surgery. I had an old iPhone that I use with this scope and it is much less hassle than the Heine delta one, which is too heavy for any phone fitting I’ve used. I always had complaints about the quality of the photos when I sent the to the dermatology team, but not since I bought the Skiary. Easy to use, great photos, no graticule but that’s easily solved with the use of tape measure.
