Our staff toilet door has a lock on the inside, but until you try the door to get in you don't know if it is occupied. So, I ordered this, it is a very robust lock and very well made. I had drilled the right sized holes in the door and held the locking plate in place, but I could not get the central spindle or the screws to meet up, they were too short. So I covered the holes with tape and brought the lock home to find longer screws, luckily I keep every spare screw I get, so some from a TV mounting bracket fitted and were the right length. Then I needed to fix the central spindle, so I found some small screws that fitted inside the handle section, sellotape them together and pushed them inside to fill the gap. I also added a small amount of tape inside the other side to make sure the spindle fitted ok. Un-fitted everything matches the dimensions now for the door, hopefully I can fit it on my next work day, but this has been a pain to fit.
