Before using device for first time, I prepared my skin from the night before by exfoliating and doing a light glycolic peel to reveal my clean, polished face. Next, the morning of my routine, now that I had mechanically and chemically exfoliated my skin revealing my open pores, I steamed my face for about 10 minutes and applied my charcoal/kaolin/bentonite face mash to draw up alll the impurities in my pores up to the surface for easier extraction. I then proceeded to use one of the diamond heads and work myself diagonally from bottom to top. I microdermabraided my face my skin twice and made a third pass over the small scar areas on my face left over from a traumatic injury. After this step I washed and steamed my face for about 7 minutes to keep my pores open and applied the larger of the three clear tips to vacuum my skin. I have to admit that this vacuum was able to collect as much sebum as it did, however I had to apply pressure from the opposite side of vacuum head in order to remove some of the deeper blackheads. I think this product works great to keep up results after a professional deep cleansing facial with extractions, but it does not compare to the salon quality ones used in the spa. The microdermabrasion tips help to remove dead skin and reveal your new skin underneath, which I like. Just be sure to remember to close your pores by splashing your face with ice cold water followed by your favorite toner before applying makeup. My skin was red for about two hours, after that I felt comfortable leaving the house with nothing but spf and not a drop of foundation. This is a great little investment, but I’m still looking for a professional grade machine to add to my collection, but for now, this will do and I am very pleased with my purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought one for my mom. *by J***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2017* Perfect.
