It is the only moisturizer that doesn't break me out in any capacity. I suppose I would describe my self as the prime candidate for this moisturizer; I do have oily skin. In the two months that I had been using this moisturizer, not one single pimple ever developed. Once I ran out, I temporarily used Ordinary brand moisturizer and within a day I develop a pimple. I know I cannot conclusively attribute that to the moisturizer based on that alone but come on, it gets to a point where you have to accept that this is a pretty damning development and considering no other lifestyle changes, it seems apparent that the moisturizer was the culprit. Going back to using this and my skin once more remains docile. My only issue with this would be the sticky film it leaves, which is invisible, but the reviews are nonetheless true.
