It was nice and very comfortable but i ended up returning because it felt too thick/long for my neck area. i’m 5’4 for reference but worked amazing for my boyfriend who’s 5’11. it had tons of support and kept his neck sturdy. he ended up sleeping through the whole flight. The little adjustable part on the front kept it locked in, but i almost wish it was able to lock in more because sometimes my chin would slip in instead of sitting comfortably on it.
