Each ultra-light 4 oz steel board includes magnets on both sides for versatile use, making them perfect for dynamic, portable presentations and collaborative workspaces. ## Description This is a package of 10, super thin, 9" x 12" round cornered, lightweight magnetic receptive panels that are black on one side and white on the other. These boards are very thin, about 1mm thick, but they are strong since they are made with a thin solid piece of steel in the center. Both sides have a dry erase finish and both sides are magnetic receptive. These boards are ideal for use in the home, classroom, kid's room, or even the office. Perfect for use with magnetic phonics and letter sets. No magnets come with the set, however magnets will stick to the board. The board is not magnetic - it has a sheet of very thin steel inside which makes it magnetic receptive. The thickness of the boards is 1/32" however, it cannot be rolled up. While these are strong, they are not meant to be lap boards, a solid surface (like a desk) needs to be underneath these boards so that they can be used as a surface for dry erase markers. Clean with a dry cloth, these boards are made of paper so they are not waterproof and should not be in contact with water. The boards are sturdy. Instead of dealing with returning, I put magnetic adhesive tape on them and that worked great. ### ⭐ One Star *by P***R on April 20, 2018* Very Flimsy, and thin! Was buying to use with my preschoolers ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Less sturdy but perfect for my needs *by N***Y on March 31, 2020* I love these boards. They are a bit flimsy and less sturdy than other magnetic white boards. However, they are stiff enough to keep their form when held for demonstration, and they are holding up fine for me. (I use them myself for online teaching; they are not used in a classroom setting with multiple students handling them all day; so that may make a difference.) I have some other whiteboards that are sturdier, but they are thicker and heavier. I like that these are thin and lightweight -- easier to manage, and I can store a bunch of them in one of my organizer slots. I use a lot of whiteboards, so the per-item price for these is a fit for me. The heavier ones sold elsewhere would have broken my pocketbook.
