A: yes

**Q: What note is the harp tuned to? can i choose a note? can i get a deep sounding harp?**
A: You can find deep-sounding harps; they are larger. The one I bought is not low. I determined it is tuned within a few cents of A4.

A: The whole thing is about 5 inches. The vibrating arm sticks up about 1 1/2 inches.

A: The volume is varies, between the movement of mouth and how far back the metal piece slides.
