The coffee was easy to make and the instructions are very simple. This seems more like an espresso product than a drip brew, as it recommends 8 oz for "American" style. I put 8 oz in and it was strong. I like strong coffee and the sweetened condensed milk made it extra yummy. Typical coffee drinker, it was gone pretty quick. The flavor was smooth and rich and it smelled really great. I had some friends try it, sipped mine (small sips only - geez), and they loved it and are still talking about it 2 days ;later. I will say it is pricey. The version with the condensed milk in 3.00 a cup; compared to a Venti from Starbucks (~$2.87) it's more for less but it tastes better than Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, I like SB too. The big question is, would I buy this again? I would but as a treat for me and not for daily use due to cost. Any set up I researched was a lot of work (and involving packing many things) or the reviews suggested it was sub par coffee. Not this! This is super easy and incredibly delicious coffee! I pack a small travel kettle and make it in the hotel room using just the paper cups provided or at the office using the hot water tap from a water cooler. It's great I don't have to plan ahead and buy milk or creamer that needs to be refrigerated - I use the condensed milk packets and it's delicious. My partner was also amazed by them and has started using them since he works a night shift - again, making them just using the hot water tap from a water cooler. He too was shocked at how good they are! I am definitely going to pack some of these for anytime I'm travelling! Strongly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great coffee, brilliant packaging - but missing product *by A***R on October 26, 2020* This is the first time that I've tried Vietnamese style coffee - which was part of the appeal of this product, that I could try it from home. I anticipated very sweet coffee but the sweetener is actually very mild. The coffee is a lovely flavor and roasted without tasting the slightest bit burnt - I highly recommend. On the inside lid of box there are two ways to prepare it listed; one being Vietnamese (4 oz) and American (8 oz). I love the freshness of the coffee in it's packaging and how easy it is to use. Without any plastic in sight I'm so happy to be able to compost/recycle it, unlike the current coffee pods. All around wonderful design and concept. The only downside for me is that while my box came with the expected 5 packets of coffee, it also only came with 4 packets of "milk sugar." Box states it should contain 5 of each.
