While the powder is palatable enough to drink with water alone in a pinch, I do notice a subtle flavor and scent, so I’d recommend mixing it with something like a smoothie or juice for the best experience. As for results, I’ve noticed my skin looks a bit healthier lately... though it’s hard to say if that’s from the collagen or just feeling better and more healthy overall.
