While it's shaped like a cookie, I didn't find any other cookie like qualities to it.I was recently placed on a big carb restriction so was hoping this cookie would help curb my cravings for regular cookies but I don't think this is the product for that. I think someone who already enjoys a much healthier diet and eats most of these ingredients regularly may enjoy it much better than I did. I took my blood glucose test before I ate the cookie and an hour later. I was shocked to find that my blood sugar did NOT go up. I didn't even get out of ketosis! I am a true believer in these cookies. ordered more. Keep in mind they are not for snacking. they are better for a meal replacement.
