It really helps my elder dog and myself when going up and down the deck stairs. The yellow stripe on black background is a very helpful visual detail. The material holds up perfectly in rainy, snowy and icy conditions. I probably should have bought the 4" treads, but my son was able to easily cut the 6" treads to fit my deck steps. I was surprised how it was so easy to stick to the wood step and how sturdy the stickiness is. I would definitely recommend this product to you. Also, we use the Yorwe Rubber Roller 6" tool to apply the treads.
