It did come with a dent in the front, but I'm sure the seller would have fixed or replaced it no problem. desertcart offered a discount which I gladly took and I'll bang out the dent myself. Very happy with the customer support. The rack will come mounted on a pallet relative to its size, so make sure you have the tools to rachet it off the pallet. With that said, you might have to do that so it can fit through a normal door so it doesn't sit outside.
