For reference, I have very thick, long curly hair (3C–4A) with mixed curl patterns and some heat damage from mid-length to ends. The back middle section of my hair is more 4A, and that area dries out the most and tangles easily, so I’m very picky about leave-ins. This product is honestly a holy grail for me. The texture is a light, runny cream (not heavy), and a little goes a long way, so it's a great value for the price. I apply a small amount on damp hair from the ends up, staying about an inch away from my roots. It made my hair feel incredibly soft, smooth, moisturized, and manageable, and it held onto moisture without feeling greasy.
