Thank goodness!!! 💕 *by Y***� on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2023* I did not realize when I ordered this that it has marine snail venom. When I found out I was really upset because they do get regular snail slime and put it in cosmetics. The animals are tortured to get the slime. I researched the ingredient in this product and it is different than regular snail slime. It is called MU-conotoxin and found out (to my relief) that it is not actually from marine animals. It is created synthetically in a lab to mimic the effects of marine snail venom.BOTOX ALTERNATIVEThe snail venom conopeptide or MU-conotoxin, is a synthetic ingredient that mimics the effects of cone snail venom and relaxes facial muscles for an instant line-smoothing effect. This is the powerhouse of this product and one that really makes a difference in tightening the neck and chest skin.INGREDIENTS AND SILICON BASEThe base ingredient of this product is made up of Aloe Vera and Silicone (Dimethicone). The Aloe is excellent. The dimethicone is not toxic, but it can clog the pores and irritate sensitive skin along with creating acne. Silicone is an in expensive base and is effective at making your skin looks smooth and filling in fine lines - it is very effective! I am happy to say that I have had absolutely no irritation or acne from this product! I tend to have sensitive skin, so glad this product did not cause me any problems. I don’t tend to get acne and this product did not produce any acne for me either.HOW IT FEELSIt feels fabulous on my neck and chest. It is so cooling and makes my skin so smooth. I have noticed a big different in my loose skin in a short amount of time! It definitely is a miracle serum!PRICINGThe ingredients are very unique and effective. The price is reflective of the expensive ingredients and in that regard I think the price is reasonable. Now just decide if you are worth it and willing to invest in improvements to your look and feel.
