Must take care of them to keep them sticky. Keep on sheer sheet they came with on a flat surface when not in use! Make sure you clean and dry your skin before use! They did make me a bit hot/sweaty in the night, so I used a fan to help keep me cool. They have reversed the few wrinkles I had and are preventing new ones! I think these are a great preventative, and can reverse some light wrinkles but if you use these after having severe wrinkles it’d be tough to reverse with these. Keep clean and lint free for best adhesion.
