**Q: How long does it take for the gloss side to dry?**
A: When applying the high-pigment base coat, we recommend letting it dry for around 90 seconds. Then, when applying the ultra glassy top coat, and depending on the thickness it could take up to 5 minutes.

**Q: Does this last long without using the gloss top coat?**
A: Our SHINE LOUD HIGH SHINE LIP COLOR delivers 16HR, no transfer wear. If you decide to apply the gloss top coat, it will simply add some shine. Without it though, the product is still beautiful and long lasting!
