I bought them because they are kosher for Passover, and it's hard to find good noodles for Passover chicken matzo ball soup. These noodles have a strange taste and texture. They actually took flavor out of my soup and gave it an unpleasant taste. My entire family did not like them and couldn't finish the soup. I tried the noodles in an Asian dish and ended up throwing the whole dish away. I usually love rice noodles, but these are awful.
