I bought mine almost 3 years ago and have had no problems with it. I've changed the batteries, but the rest of it has held up really well. I use it at least once every day at night when I walk my dog and it does a good job. I would definitely but it again. **Q: How to change the battery?** A: Hello! Just unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight (the end where the on/off button is located) and the batteries can easily be removed. The description says "1.5 meters," but meters aren't a unit of time...** A: Had bought one of these previously that lasted for years, so when I found the same flashlight on Amazon, I was thrilled! The newer version was extremely disappointing. The beam has a yellow center instead of white, making close up visuals difficult, however, with little affect on distances. The most disappointing of all was that this flashlight lasted 1 1/2-2 months.
