I got a 22oz for my tiny hands and it’s perfect size. I was actually a little more surprised with how sturdy and well made it is. I will be taking this to work with me everyday!! I haven’t put ice inside of it but it does keep my water and gatorade cold. The lid is so easy to use too, it’s nice being able to have my cup near me on the couch without my cat trying to chew on my straw as well, huge plus on that one!!!! This 30oz size is perfect because it fits in my SUV cup holder, it is TRULY leak proof, and keeps my water cold for 12 hours. It is well worth the price. I had the 32oz in 3 different colors, but prefer this size because it fits the car cup holder. Also, the stainless steel doesn't dent easily and the coating doesn't chip (i drop this thing on the concrete at least once a month.) BUY IT!IMPORTANT: Do not put the lid in the dishwasher, it damages the straw holder and creates bubbles when drinking though the straw.
