Customer Service was refined and generous as expected. I know of no other online reseller that offers so much customer service and support. Cruthfield's top notch reputation has been that way since when I was a teenager and is even better today in my 50's. Crutchfield even threw in free installation kits, wire harnesses, & tools to accomplish a clean install of their audio/video equipment in my car. If you wish to bypass your parking brake you must purchase a by-pass switch (no way to wire around like some other manufacturer's).
