I do have a full time job where I sit at a desk all day. and I'm going through some hormonal issues due to being close to the end of peri-menopause, but this is extreme. I'm posting the "before" picture on Saturday morning as I've just received these tablets, and I'll add an "after" photo taken on Sunday evening. Here's hoping it'll be a slimmed-down version where my ankles and feet are much reduced! The tablets are very large (about 2cm x 1cm) but you could break them in half if you struggle with swallowing larger pills.
