The traffic loop handle is so useful because my 70 lb dog has a tendency to want to playfully jump at other dogs. When I use the traffic loop handle, he is so much easier to control. These don't just look great, they are definitely high quality. My dog and I don't mind the weight of the hardware or leather, but my dad does complain about the weight when he uses it.
