## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are there refill heat packs available for this toy? Or can it accommodate any different brand as well?**
A: Any of those toe warmers or glove warmers would fit the pocket. I'm not sure if this company makes replacement packs.

**Q: Does it stop beating ? I picked it up and the beating was still going! Don’t tell me it just non stop beats 🤦‍♀️**
A: There is a spot on the corner of the heart that you have to press and hold in for a few seconds to stop the beating

**Q: I guess the lil button on this heart is not working cuz I can’t get it to stop the beat lol this will be annoying having to take batteries out each**
A: Try to press and hold down the little button for 3 or more seconds until it turns off.

**Q: Is there a way to make the heartbeat quieter? Dogs have better hearing than us and we think its loud.**
A: We had to take the battery out of ours. My dog still loves it.
