Removed the cover to inspect and the magnet arm pivot point needs to be shifted outward some (not possible without welding/redrilling holes). There was also significant misalignment between the flywheel and magnet arm. The resistive load is not near as high as I was expecting. This could be due to the misalignment/gap though. There’s also a lot of slop between the wheels and axles. The price doesn’t match the fit/quality. Review: Had defects. Customer service wont answer - Mine arrived with 2 big flaws. The first being one of the tires is unable to be inflated because the valve stem is too far in. The second flaw is that the handles on one side are completely uneven due to bad machining on one of the arms. I have tried to contact signature fitness several times, but they are not answering or returning calls or emails.
