Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns all clean up effortlessly. I never believe the "no oil" claims but you can use significantly LESS oil or butter in your cooking if you want. Handle is comfortable to hold and grip. However, the size discription is misleading. It is only 9.4 inches instead of 10 as described. I search up the correct way to measure pan before looking for a suitable replacement. I even cut out a 10" diameter paper as template in order to compare it to my current pan before I purchase. When I received the pan. The size is smaller than I thought. My initial reaction is maybe my measurement is wrong. However. The barcode and description at the bottom of the pan said otherwise. It is label as 24cm, which is also 9.44 inches.
