However, the packaging was very poor - the glasses were packed very untidily with bubble wrap, in a dusty cardboard box completelywrapped in the duct tape. Although the set should contain six glasses, one arrived broken and nearly cut my hand, and another glass was a different shape. I only needed four glasses, so I kept the order, but this level of packing and quality control is clearly unacceptable

The glasses themselves are good quality. However, the packaging was very poor - the glasses were packed very untidily with bubble wrap, in a dusty cardboard box completelywrapped in the duct tape. Although the set should contain six glasses, one arrived broken and nearly cut my hand, and another glass was a different shape. I only needed four glasses, so I kept the order, but this level of packing and quality control is clearly unacceptable
