Review: Beautiful, reasonably priced, modest-sized, easy-to-assemble crib - Baby has not arrived yet. But we got the espresso colored version and like the crib so far. The color is beautiful and goes well with our color scheme. We shopped around quite a bit before settling on this crib. The selection in stores alternated from being cheap dollar-store plastic on one extreme to 2-ton, bank-busting behemoths on the the other. I feel like we found an affordable middle option. The size/bulk is reasonable for a small room, but it does not feel cheap or microscopic, either. It was packed with thoughtful care. The part box was wedged in tight, but there was a ribbon especially for pulling it out. For people who have reviewed and complained that the parts came scratched or damaged, I can only conclude they were very unlucky, the retailer/shipper was careless, or they scratched it up while unpacking and assembling. Assembly was pretty simple. Unlike a lot of furniture assembled from box, everything seemed to fit and slide in smoothly, except one screw that had required the Allen wrench's attention from the first twist. But even that went in properly in the end. A couple of screws had some scrap or flash that had to be picked off. Again, not a big deal. Plus, there are spare parts included. I've glanced at negative reviews to see if I can help resolve concerns raised by those for others who might be considering crib but concerned. There are people complaining about off-gassing. We have smelt absolutely nothing from this crib. There are people complaining about toddler bed thingy not being included. That is true, but it is also true for pretty much every single crib out there. If you want to convert from crib to toddler bed or whatever, you will have to buy the kit.

A: 34 inches

**Q: Is the mattress included? If so, is it good quality? If not, what size mattress should I search for?**
A: The mattress is not included but crib mattresses are generally the same size. I bought mine on Amazon. It's the Safety 1st Heavenly Dreams White Crib Mattress. Dimensions are 52.5"L x 27.5"W x 5.5"H - Thickness: 5.5 inches. Fits perfectly in crib and baby sleeps well on it.

**Q: is this good for short mommys? I'm 5'2**
A: I would say yes. I'm 5'4 & it comes to my hips. I don't have any trouble getting kiddos in or out. Plus, the mattress height is adjustable. My mom is only 5'2 & she never has trouble either.

**Q: What's the difference between bianca white and white?**
A: White-100 is more of a gloss finish and Bianca white-130 is more of a Matte.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Assembly long but easy - great crib!!

Put this together with my husband - one could but personally, I would NOT do this alone! Straight forward directions but it took us almost 2 hours to do it together. People complain about the difficulty of assembling it but it really wasn’t bad. Follow the directions and you’ll be fine. Looks great once it’s together!! **Bought the toddler guardrail separate because it’s NOT included. It comes with extra hardware for the conversions to toddler bed and big bed/headboard so don’t throw the parts away when you’re done! (My husband noticed two holes in the pieces that weren’t being used, but those are for the conversions).
