All four corners of the frame had black plastic corners to protect it (see my last picture) and then it was wrapped in plastic. It was well prepared for shipment by Golden State Art, in perfect condition. That said, the quality of the frame is very nice. It does not have any marks or scratches on it anywhere. Very nice quality control for it. The size was exact and fit my 8X10 picture precisely. It has REAL glass in it too. The matting in the frame is an actual angled cut to the mat. I love the design of the frame as well. It's very pretty. The color of the frame online appeared to me to be a bit 'greener' of a gold than the actual frame, but I thought it still works well with our print and is very pretty. I found the frame very easy to work with, and it was easy to hang. The frame also seems strong and well-constructed. All in all, I love the frame. Another win from Golden State Art! They really highlight all the colors in the prints . The glass is easy to remove in order to mount the prints and then re-install. I will certainly be buying these again. Update: Just purchased again for Christmas decorating with new holiday digital prints.
