Screws that come packaged are the wrong width and too short or too long for the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas 4. I suspect it will be the same for the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas 1 for XBOX. I have had to do my own DYI using zip cables so i'm not too disappointed and the mount is very solid and sturdy.
