I had to stop taking the product because I started getting stomach issues and nausea either during the workout or immediately after. I noticed this after a few days of taking this.I thought maybe just an upset stomach but noticed it was always after I took the product. I even lessened the scoop and increased the water. Still the same thing. I actually liked the product enough to try and tough out a second jar but nope!! Had to give it away. The nausea and pain would always kick in mid workout or immediately after which is unfortunate because the powder does work. As soon as I stopped using it, no more nausea. ### ⭐⭐ Bowel cleaner *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2019* I wake up at 5:30 to be at crossfit at 6am.
