Most vitamins do not taste particularly good, before buying these I was using other vitamins in form of pills that tasted horrible and were really hard to swallow... I can confidently say that the centrum vitamins however are very soft and therefore easy to chew and swallow and most important they are very tasty! I love all the fruity flavors ( Cherry, Berry & Orange Natural Fruit Flavouring ) as well as the cute fruit shape they come in. I have not used them for long enough to see big alterations however I do feel like my hair seems stronger and doesn't fall out as much as it used to. The only downside for me is the fact that they are not vegetarian, which I did not notice before buying...But if this is not a concern then I would say they are some of the best in the market.
