The company replied, "It is a non-slip bottom cloth or non-FR filler cloth. It is a polyester cotton blend, but is free of organohalogen and other chemicals usually treated to non-slip bottom cloths". Excellent customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Customer Service *by T***! on February 2, 2017* While I did not love this mattress (too firm), their customer service is wonderful and honest. I tried another mattress from this company (Natural Escape), and it has been so much more comfortable. They refunded my original mattress cost (minus $100), and even give a list of companies that take gently used mattresses. We called so many local companies who would not take our mattress, even though it is was undamaged. Once I submitted proof of my mattress donation, my credit card was promptly refunded. I would definitely purchase other products from MyGreenMattress because my customer service experience was painless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yep, a bit Firm, but I sleep well on it. This Mattress not only works with adjustable beds, being 7" and flexible, I would say works better than most everything else out there. Came rolled up by UPS, 70 lbs. Unrolled and even though I let it sit for 2 days, it does not seem like it needed to.If this was in a store, next to the high end Foam mattress, you probably would not pick it. It was more Firm. I thought I might need to get a Costco topper for it. But to tell the truth, I sleep really good on it. I would have thought that it was to Firm.
