The price on this stuff remained reasonable so I thought Id try it. Well, this stuff tastes like its more sugar than honey. Its also got a very slight aftertaste, sort of like you get from artificial sweeteners(Im pretty sensitive to that aftertaste). I dont know for sure if they use artificial sweeteners in this stuff or not. Im just telling you what I taste from it. Anyway, this honey "powder" isnt "powder" at all. Its like a jar of tiny processed little balls. The stuff that I usually buy is true "powder" complete with a few lumps and clumps. And the stuff that I usually buy tastes like honey and acts like honey when wetted. This stuff doesnt do either. I guess Ill be going back to what I usually buy. I gave 3 stars because there isnt anything technically wrong with this stuff as a product, I suppose. If its what you're use to then you probably think this stuff is great.
