And the water flow was significantly reduced. I cleaned it and found more algae inside, not any green algae though. After a few weeks of cleaning and algae treatment, there has been less algae bloom and the filter has needed less frequent cleanings. Overall: This is pretty tall, fits in my taller 50 gallon tank.
