I really appreciate this, as other brands have claimed 100% rayon, and sent polyester, and reviewers who have zero idea about how to identify fabric get confused, and confirm the misinformation. Sigh. I have purchased this particular kimono in white as well as black, and both are a crinkle-style rayon, which has less softness than your average rayon garment, but more heft, for a perfect drape, and a sturdier, longer-lasting garment. I can just throw on either of these over a tank top and rayon or linen pants, for the most comfortable summer outfit in my closet.
