Very good for insulation and they are sturdy, good material, etc. But check to make sure you have the space for these. This didn't work for my front door, it wouldn't close even after I made sure it was secure and the right length and everything. It folds when you close your door which is great, but the space between my door and door frame was not as thick as the weather strips. Please check this and measure your stuff before installing!
