We had the same issue, but doesn’t effect the use of the chair. We were still able to attach everything. The size is good, it is sturdy and fairly comfortable. The arms aren’t cushioned really, but the bottom and back are cushioned and cozy. The material is nice. Very impressed with the value for the low cost. It functions perfectly for what I purchased it for.

It looks leather in the photos but it’s cloth in person. It’s actually super cute and comfortable. We’ve had this chair for over two years and it still looks brand new even after our dogs sit on it everyday. Honestly, a really good chair and it’s pretty cheap for the quality.
