A: Currently we cannot guarantee it, you can use T-Mobile or AT&T.

**Q: Is this watch unlocked? Meaning can be activated outside US with another phone carrier?**
A: Yes the watch can be used in another country if you purchase a SIM card from that country. Our watches have only been tested in Europe and North America, so we cannot 100% guarantee it will work elsewhere.

**Q: How do you enter text messages on the watch?  Is there an onscreen keyboard?**
A: The Xplora watch doesn't have an onscreen keyboard due to its small screen size. Instead, it uses a chat feature allowing the sending of pre-saved texts, voice messages, and emojis to contacts who have the Xplora app.
