Its a costly battery for a flashlight, but this particular flashlight is my favorite. But I was pouring through the Amazon basics batteries. They are good batteries but they aren't as cheap as AA. I got this and they really work good. They last every bit as long as regular batteries, but when I am done with the battery I can charge it back up and swap it out.
