I have had no problems at all. I wash them on gentle cycle and dry them on low heat, taking them out as soon as they are finished. They look as good as when I bought them. It is cut so it does not need to be tucked although I think it would be too heavy to tuck anyways. The pockets sit back a little too far, but they are doable. So I don't have a clear cut answer better than that.
