My pens are 6.5 inches long and the thickness of my ring finger-- about 5/8". The case is soft, so you can stuff it full, but don't break the fancy zipper. I could prob stuff a 4th insulin pen in there, but I keep pen needles & alcohol swabs in the case, too. I do not know how long your epi pens are, but if the max length is just under 7 inches one would fit. Two epi pens would prob be max 6 3/4 inches long. They can be fat, plenty of room that way. (If you do not use the icepaks, obviously there is even more room.) **Q: how long does it keep meds cool?** A: Not long at all. I took mine to my mothers and in less than 2 hours it was no longer cold. I was ver disappointed **Q: Will this get through TSA at airport?** A: Shouldn't be a problem. Went thru xray just fine. **Q: Will this work with other types of medication? ( Namely benlysta auto injectors)?** A: Yes, I used it with a Jardience injector. Has a wide base/cover, put 2 pens in Carrier no problem. Stayed cool during flight.
