They stand up to the test of a smart three-year-old who could not get them off. They stay connected very well. The only con, if you consider it a con, is that they are a little bit hard to snap into place. But once in place they will stay.

The system works, the set up is easy, and they have worked for a good wile for us now. The biggest issue is they are slick, and even as an adult i can't get the door knob open. The people in our home have learned the skill but when guests come over its like watching a monkey discover fire for the first time. Thy should have some texture on the outside and the inside so you can get a quick intuitive grip without having to think about it. Well worth the price, good product, just cant give something a 5 star when its missing such an important and easily modified item.
